How can I get a good freelance programming job like the west outsourcing to India? I am not Indian neither live in india, I am Thai and live in Thailand. Although I have so many experience in programming but I found it’s so hard to get an oversee freelance programming job like I said. I have post and upload my resume to yahoo hot job. And try to bid on other freelance job bidding site. But it’s likely to fail, I get no jobs at all. How can I do?

Improve your resume by doing a few jobs for low price or even free.
1. Register and set up a company.
2. Set up a website.
3. Advertise on internet.
4. Make sure your banking system works etc.
Not too hard – there is a guy called Darren Wright in thailand offering web services for USA etc. Do not tell him too much though, just do some spy work.
Register an account with odesk.com. They are one of the leading provider of outsourcing on the net. Odesk provides a lot of job on programming. These are jobs that are being outsourced by US and European companies.
If you passed an odesk test then you can apply for more job as it would help you increase your job application quota.
