What are the usual specifications for setting up a glossary for a brochure?
I have to create a brochure for a financial company but need guidance on how they are generally set up. Eg, is the text much smaller than the body copy for the rest of the doc etc etc
Maybe some examples would be of help.

There’s no set formula. Find some examples and do what looks good. You might even mix and match ideas depending on your business needs.
