One good way to start might be to gather some information on the topic. And the best way to do that is to drop in to a realtor’s office and interview them. Any realtor worth his salt would be glad to work with someone on a topic of this sort, so go get ‘em!

Well, for this topic what it’s really taking about is morals. Is it right to say a house if worth way more then it is just to for the retailer to get a better fee? Is it wrong to look overthings and not include then in the appraisal? Or is it right to undervalue a house just for the sake of bringing the price down? It’s all about the code of conduct one must use when appraising a house or anything in general (i.e. doing the right thing)
