		<description>Photoshop Lightroom is good if the photos are in RAW format. If they are not, I would suggest Photoshop in general. Though it&#039;s a bit pricy and complicated and most of the time you can get the same effects from a program called Photoscape, just look it up on google. It&#039;s free.</description>

		<description>Without a doubt, Adobe Photoshop.  This is the industry standard.

If you don&#039;t want something &quot;heavy&quot;, Adobe also offers Photoshop Elements, which contains many of the same basic features as Photoshop, but simplifies it for more casual users.

Adobe recently released a free, online version of Photoshop called Photoshop Express.  This might be worth checking out in your case, as well.</description>
