based on your symptoms, i would recommend anything that has a pain reliever and nasal decongestant. believe it or not, a sore throat is a type of pain. a pain reliever will help with the sore throat as well as any aches you may be experiencing. when you say 'sinuses' i'm assuming you have a stuffy nose. a nasal decongestant (ie. pseudophedrine or phenylephrine) will relieve any swelling or pain in the nasal passages. Most cold and sinus products like Advil Cold and Sinus, Tylenol Cold Multi symptom, or generic equivalents are good at battling these symptoms. If you're suffering from a runny nose, then you might want to take a antihistimine like claritin (generic is loratidine) or benadryl (generic is diphenhydramine) as well.

Acetaminophen (paracetamol in UK) for analgesia. Everything else is at most marginally effective and accompanied by significant side-effect profiles.
